Early Bird classes-

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 5:30am- 6:30am

Noon classes-

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 12pm- 1pm

Little Ninjas (ages 3+)-

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5pm- 5:25pm

Kids classes (ages 6+)-

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5:30pm- 6:25pm

Teens/Adults

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6:30pm- 7:45pm

Virtue Wrestling Club-

Saturdays at 10:00am-11:30am and Sundays at 3:30pm- 5:00pm

Open Mat-

Fridays at 6:30pm and Sunday at 2:00pm

FREE Ladies Only Self-Defense/ Jiu Jitsu-

Every 2nd and 4th Sunday at 1pm- 2pm

Early Bird Class

There is no better way to start your day more productively than with our 5:30am class. Our Early Bird classes highlight how the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and wrestling blend together. Ask us about our special rate for the morning/ noon classes!

Improve your mobility, strength, stamina, mindset, and more. This 1 hour class is the perfect fun training session to do on your lunch break or as a stay at home/ work from home adult. This class is great for all levels and experiences. Ask us about our special rate for the morning/ noon classes!

Little Ninjas (ages 3+)

This fun, high-energy class is designed to help young kids develop confidence, coordination, and discipline—all while having a great time on the mats. Through age-appropriate games and drills, students begin learning basic BJJ positions and fundamental movement skills in a playful yet structured environment. The focus is on building essential tools like listening, teamwork, and respect, all while encouraging a positive attitude and a love for learning. Our experienced instructors are patient, encouraging, and trained to work specifically with this age group, making sure every child feels supported and included.

All Level Kids classes (ages 6+)

Our All Levels Kids Class is designed for beginners and experienced students alike. This program builds a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while promoting physical fitness, confidence, discipline, and respect. Students will learn fundamental techniques, positions, and submissions in a safe, supportive environment—along with more advanced concepts as they progress. Classes are structured to challenge each child at their own pace, with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and having fun. Whether your child is brand new to BJJ or already has experience, our instructors are committed to helping every student grow—both on and off the mats.

Our All Levels Teens & Adults Class is open to students of all experience levels—whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or you’re a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your game. This class offers a balanced mix of technical instruction, drilling, and live rolling, with a focus on building solid fundamentals while also exploring more advanced techniques. Our instructors create a welcoming and challenging environment where teens and adults can improve their fitness, sharpen their skills, and grow at their own pace. With a strong emphasis on proper technique, strategy, and safety, this class is ideal for anyone looking to train hard, learn consistently, and become a part of a supportive BJJ community.

Open Mat

Whether you’re looking to drill techniques, roll, or just catch up with teammates, open mat offers a relaxed, no-ego environment to sharpen your game. All experience levels are welcome—this is your chance to experiment, ask questions, and put in extra work outside of structured classes. No formal instruction, no pressure—just good rounds, good vibes, and solid mat time. We just set the clock and have fun! Visitors from other academies are welcome.

This class emphasizes throws, takedowns, and grip fighting—teaching students how to use timing, leverage, and balance to overcome an opponent without relying on strength alone. Our Judo program welcomes beginners looking to explore a new martial art, as well as experienced practitioners seeking to sharpen their technique or enhance their stand-up game for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or competition. With a strong focus on technical detail, mutual respect, and personal growth, this class delivers a rewarding challenge for anyone ready to improve their takedowns. We have a subfloor and a crash pad for softer landings while drilling throws!

Virtue Wrestling Club is designed for anyone who wants to take their grappling to the next level. Whether you’re preparing for competition season, looking to improve your takedown game for BJJ, or just getting started in wrestling, this class offers structured, high-energy training focused on technique, strength, and mental toughness. Athletes will learn solid fundamentals—takedowns, sprawls, mat control, and escapes—while developing discipline, confidence, and a strong work ethic. Our coaches create a challenging but supportive environment where students are pushed to grow both on and off the mat.

FREE Ladies Only Classes

Our free Ladies-Only Class is for women of all ages/fitness levels and backgrounds, this class is beginner-friendly, technique-focused, and full of good vibes! You’ll learn practical self-defense, boost your confidence, and break a sweat—while laughing, learning, and rolling with an awesome group of women. No experience? No problem. No gear? We’ve got you covered. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and maybe a hair tie or two. It’s totally free, totally fun, and totally worth trying.
